ABOUT ME
Sexuality is a lifelong journey – a skill that can be learned, nurtured, and continuously developed at every stage of life. I support people of all ages, genders, sexual orientations, and relationship structures with empathetic and professional guidance. I aim to empower them in cultivating fulfilling intimacy, healthy relationships, and a satisfying sex life. With a deep understanding of the complexity of human connections, I offer a safe and non-judgmental space where personal growth and authentic self-expression can flourish.
As a mother of three, I also bring nearly twenty years of hands-on experience in family management, allowing me to deeply understand the challenges of relationships, parenting, and personal growth. My fluency in German, English, French, and Italian reflects my commitment to creating an open and inclusive space where individuals from diverse backgrounds feel understood and supported.
The Sexocorporel model, developed by Professor Jean-Yves Desjardins, serves as the scientific foundation of my work. This research-based approach helps individuals gain a deeper understanding of their sexual functioning, identify personal resources and challenges, and develop effective strategies to enhance their relationships and sex lives in a targeted and positive way.

Sex Therapy and Counseling
I offer professional sex therapy and counseling for individuals and couples who wish to address challenges related to sexual well-being, intimacy, and relationships. In a safe, respectful, and non-judgemental space, we work together on your individual concerns—whether it’s improving sexual communication, overcoming barriers, or navigating relationship crises.
Sexual matters are deeply personal and can be associated with stress, insecurity, or shame. In a secure and appreciative environment, I support you through guided reflection, body-oriented techniques (always fully clothed), and knowledge-based insights. Together, we develop effective strategies to help you shape the sex life and intimate relationships you desire.
Personal Development Coaching
In addition to sex therapy, I offer individual coaching focused on personal and professional development. Your personality, presence, and ability to handle challenges are key factors in how you are perceived and how you impact those around you.
I support you in unlocking your full potential, whether in leadership skills, emotional intelligence, or communication abilities. With my extensive experience as a senior manager, I guide you in mastering complex professional and personal challenges with confidence, clarity, and self-assurance.

CANCELLATION POLICY AND INSURANCE
My Services are typically not covered by insurance. I have a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you need to cancel your session within 24 hours, you will be charged 80% of the regular full fee.
I deeply believe sex therapy should be available to everyone and hence offer a small amount of my consultations at social rates. Please inquire via mail.
