ABOUT ME
Sexuality is a lifelong journey – a skill that can be learned, nurtured, and continuously developed at every stage of life. I support people of all ages, genders, sexual orientations, and relationship structures with empathetic and professional guidance. I aim to empower them in cultivating fulfilling intimacy, healthy relationships, and a satisfying sex life. With a deep understanding of the complexity of human connections, I offer a safe and non-judgmental space where personal growth and authentic self-expression can flourish.
As a mother of three, I also bring nearly twenty years of hands-on experience in family management, allowing me to deeply understand the challenges of relationships, parenting, and personal growth. I am fluent in German, English, French, and Italian and commited to creating an open and inclusive space where individuals from diverse backgrounds feel understood and supported.
The Sexocorporel model, developed by Professor Jean-Yves Desjardins, serves as the scientific foundation of my work. This research-based approach helps individuals gain a deeper understanding of their sexual functioning, identify personal resources and challenges, and develop effective strategies to enhance their relationships and sex lives in a targeted and positive way.
